How do I open an account?
Click “Open account”, provide a few details, and choose a password. Your primary account is created instantly, and you can complete identity verification (KYC) to unlock all services.
Is my money and data secure?
Yes. We use encryption in transit and at rest, optional two-factor authentication, device management, rate limiting, and an immutable audit log. Balances are derived from a reconciled double-entry ledger.
How do transfers work?
You can move money instantly between your own accounts and to other members. Every transfer runs inside a database transaction with double-entry ledger postings, so balances are always consistent.
How do deposits and withdrawals work?
You can request a deposit or withdrawal from your portal. Requests are reviewed by our operations team and, once approved, are posted to your account with full audit and notification.
Can I manage my cards?
Yes. You can view your cards, freeze and unfreeze them, and set spending limits from your account at any time.
What does it cost?
Opening an account is free and there are no hidden fees. Any applicable charges for specific services are always shown clearly before you confirm.
